Sales Enablement and Operations Intern
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial strategy consultancy at the forefront of modern strategic execution, as an intern within our Business Development department. As a Sales Enablement & Operations Intern, you will support the commercial engine of the business, helping our sales processes, data, and materials operate at the highest standard. You'll gain hands-on exposure to how a strategy consultancy runs its commercial operations, combining analytical support with the opportunity to contribute to client-ready content. You will be given real responsibility from day one, working closely with the Business Development team in a high-performance, international environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- GTM Channel Support: Support the day-to-day operations across the main sales channels (direct sales, external partner network, strategic partnerships); help coordinate outreach, engagements, and pipeline progression activities.
- Pipeline & CRM Support: Assist in maintaining our CRM (HubSpot) across active sales channels, supporting data hygiene, deal tracking, and reporting.
- Business Development Events: support the setup and delivery of BD events and partner-led initiatives (speeches, roundtables, joint commercial events), helping with logistics and post-event follow-through
- Upsell & Cross-Sell Support: Help identify and support opportunities within the existing client base, coordinating with the sales team on commercial assets & deliverables.
Education:
- currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics or a related analytical field
- Strong academic track record
Experience:
- no prior professional experience required, previous internships are a plus
- Interest in consulting, strategy or professional services environment is a plus
Skills:
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus
- Comfortable with productivity and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Personal Traits:
- Fluency in English (C1 or above) is mandatory; fluency in Italian is also mandatory
- Ownership mentality, proactive, reliable, and comfortable operating with autonomy
- Curious, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a high-performance environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
- Contract Type: Full-time intership, 6 months
- Location: Turin, Italy. Hybrid working
- Compensation: 750 €
