Position Summary
The Sales Enablement Coordinator supports the sales organization by creating, editing, organizing, and maintaining practical sales tools, training materials, technical documents, and customer-facing resources. This role helps keep the Sales Essentials library current and useful, assists with monthly sales training, and supports virtual customer demonstrations. The position is designed for a newer employee with strong communication, organization, and Microsoft 365 skills who can grow into broader sales enablement responsibilities over time. Content creation, including video and photo editing, strongly recommended. InDesign and Adobe Photoshop skillset desired.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales Content and Document Creation
• Create, edit, and refresh PowerPoint presentations, sell sheets, application guides, technical sales documents, and customer-facing resources.
• Convert product, application, and field information into clear sales materials that are easy for regional sales managers and channel partners to use.
• Support document formatting, proofreading, version updates, and consistency across sales enablement materials.
• Assist with updates to sales calculators, spreadsheets, reference guides, and other practical selling tools.
Sales Essentials Library Support
• Maintain the organization and usability of the Sales Essentials content library.
• Help manage version control, archive outdated files, and ensure current materials are easy to locate.
• Coordinate periodic content reviews with sales, marketing, product management, service, and business development stakeholders.
Monthly Sales Training Support
• Help plan, prepare, and coordinate monthly sales training sessions.
• Create training slides, agendas, handouts, and follow-up materials.
• Assist with onboarding content for new sales employees, representatives, and distributors.
• Capture training feedback and help identify content that should be updated or expanded.
Virtual Demonstration Support
• Support preparation and execution of virtual customer demonstrations and webinars.
• Prepare demo agendas, presentation materials, scripts, follow-up documents, and customer-specific supporting content.
• Coordinate with sales, applications, service, and product teams to ensure virtual demos are organized and professionally presented.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work with sales, marketing, applications, engineering, product management, and service teams to gather accurate source information.
• Support product launches and sales initiatives by helping prepare training and sales enablement materials.
• Collect field input and help translate common sales needs into practical tools, templates, or reference documents.
Total Compensation will reflect experience, technical aptitude, professional background, and general alignment. Total compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, benefits, 401k match, and PTO. The target salary range is $65,000 to $95,000 based on experience level.
Qualifications
• 2-5 years of experience in sales support, sales enablement, marketing support, training coordination, technical documentation, or related business function.
• Strong PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Strong photo and video editing design work, preferred experience in both InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document formatting ability.
• Comfort working with technical products and translating complex information into clear business communication.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments with changing priorities.
• Industrial manufacturing, food processing, packaging, automation, inspection equipment, or B2B capital equipment experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with CRM systems, webinar platforms, basic graphic design, or video editing is a plus.
