Sales Enablement Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES ENABLEMENT EXECUTIVE

The core charter of Sales Enablement is to ensure that when the Asian Member Development team interacts with prospective and existing members, they have the skills, knowledge, tools, practices, and processes required to be successful.

The Sales Enablement Executive equips the Commercial team with the ability to have valuable conversations consistently and systematically with the right customer stakeholders at each stage of the customer lifecycle. This is an essential part of the overall strategy to grow membership revenue through the acquisition of new members and the conversion of existing legacy members.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Enablement Executive would be:

- KPIs Reporting & Analytics

Review analytics for campaign performance and A/B tests to identify strategic or tactical improvements, refining sequence parameters as needed.
Regularly share reports, insights, and summaries with relevant stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
Conduct data analysis related to sales KPIs, campaign performance, and other relevant metrics for the international region.
Manage and accurately calculate commissions.
Assist the Council Managers team by providing Council-related data that supports retention goals and strategic planning.
Oversee campaign processes and sequencing strategies, leveraging data insights to drive continual optimization.
Maintain and optimize sales proposals, sales sheets, and sales materials.
Ensure SQLs and MQLs are captured and actioned by the Asia team.
Training & Tools
Serve as the primary Asia point of contact for all Development team tools, overseeing the architecture and management of CRM platforms.
Manage information-sharing tools, workflows, and knowledge libraries.
Collaborate with Marketing on product updates.
Support the Sales team by addressing CRM-related requests to ensure optimal system usage.
Maintain responsibility for account portfolio oversight and updates, ensuring accounts are accurately and promptly categorized and rated in both the CRM and master files.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to capture, refine, and disseminate successful sales strategies, language, processes, and tools.

- New Product Opportunities

Support the rollout of new products to the Development team.
Identify key accounts to be developed in Asia.
Manage new Asia Council and product launches from the Development side and support new product rollouts.

- Commercial Content

Collaborate with the Marketing department to update existing and develop new sales collateral, customizable templates, and tools that support the Development team.
Support and coordinate outreach emails and sequence campaigns in partnership with the Sales, Associate, and Marketing teams.
Create templates and organize prospect lists aligned with campaign objectives.
Oversee campaign processes and strategies based on data analysis.

Work closely with the Service team to consolidate member and Council-related communication and insights into a single accessible resource for Sales and Associate teams.

Develop third-party story banks containing compelling and accessible member testimonials to strengthen outreach sequences and messaging.
Review and collate data on calls, prospects, and conversions and issue daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Search for and recommend opportunities for continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications as a Sales Enablement Executive would be:

- Education & Experience
College degree

Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing campaign tools.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outreach is an advantage.
Experience managing sales campaigns and understanding sales strategy is a plus.
