Sales Enablement Manager
You will equip the Revenue Organization with sales tools, content, training, and processes for selling financial infrastructure and managing customers. You will create playbooks and sales materials, deliver training, maintain product and regulatory content, analyze win-loss and sales-cycle data, coordinate launches, gather field feedback, and improve revenue productivity.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sales playbooks, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling guides
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs
- Keep revenue content current as product capabilities roll out
- Develop training and enablement content with Product and Product Marketing
- Ensure sales materials accurately represent regulatory posture and licensing
- Analyze win-loss data and sales-cycle metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional launches
- Gather field feedback and share it with Product and Marketing
- Drive revenue productivity and efficiency through systems, people, and processes
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role
- Experience enabling sales and relationship management teams selling to regulated or institutional buyers
- Project management skills
- Written and verbal communication
- Ability to explain technical and regulatory complexity in clear sales narratives
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Highspot
- Familiarity with crypto, stablecoins, or digital asset infrastructure is beneficial
