Responsibilities

Following continued growth in recent years and with a dedicated global sales force, the Sales Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in equipping our sales teams with the tools, content, and training they need to succeed.

This position bridges sales and leadership to ensure our sales teams are well-prepared to engage prospects and close deals effectively. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in improving sales performance through strategic enablement.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering onboarding programmes, creating sales collateral, managing sales tools, and analysing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate across functions to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with our product offerings, and play a key role in the adoption and optimisation of Salesforce and sales technology stack.

This role suits someone proactive, someone who spots gaps in knowledge or resources and moves to close them. If you are energised by sales, strategic alignment, and working with diverse teams to drive results, we encourage you to apply.

  • Develop and deliver sales onboarding and training programmes
  • Create and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and resources
  • Manage and optimise sales tools and Salesforce, including lead management, account assignment, and opportunity tracking
  • Support sales leadership with strategic planning and execution
  • Ensure consistent communication of product updates and changes across the sales team
  • Monitor adoption of enablement initiatives and tools
  • Track sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health — and use the data to identify improvement areas and inform enablement priorities
  • Build regular reports and dashboards on sales productivity and programme effectiveness, and present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate sales processes and operations, proactively identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable solutions that improve productivity and pipeline health

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales enablement, RevOps or a closely related role in a B2B technology environment
  • Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, training, and process optimisation
  • Experience managing and improving sales processes, including programme implementation and performance analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales enablement tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both sales teams and leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable results
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-moving organisation
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows, accelerate content creation and surface insights
