Sales Engineer – Building Finishing

Sika Hellas is looking for a Sales Engineer – Building Finishing to join our Sales team and contribute to the growth of our business in the construction market.

The role will focus primarily on the development of Tile Adhesives and Tile Fixing Systems, combining technical expertise with sales development and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will work closely with contractors, specialized applicators, distributors, architects, engineers and other key stakeholders to develop projects and provide the right Sika solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales and business opportunities for Tile Adhesives and Tile Fixing Systems.
• Identify and follow up on projects and new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, applicators, distributors and other key customers.
• Provide technical support and after-sales service, including product selection and application guidance.
• Develop relationships with architects, engineers and design offices and promote Sika solutions through specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals and commercial offers and support customers throughout project execution.
• Conduct customer visits, site visits and product presentations/demonstrations when required.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activity and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Marketing and Operations to develop opportunities and provide effective customer solutions.
• Act according to Sika’s Values & Principles and Leadership Commitment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction or building materials industry.
• Experience with Tile Adhesives, Tile Fixing Systems or Building Finishing will be considered an advantage.
• Strong customer-oriented and business development mindset.
• Good technical understanding combined with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong teamwork and analytical skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel as required.
