Sales (Engineer Chemical)
Salary: ฿18,000 – ฿25,000 per month
About the role
Seek and expand new customer base while maintaining sustainable relationships with business partners. Present chemical and technical solutions tailored to industry needs to drive sales and maximize customer satisfaction in Chonburi and Eastern Thailand regions.
Key responsibilities
Search, plan, and target new customers in chemical-related industrial groups to expand customer base and create business opportunities in the responsible area
Proactively present products and services, follow up continuously to close sales and achieve company-set sales targets
Manage and build good relationships with current customer groups to maintain consistent purchase orders (Repeat Orders)
Listen to customer feedback and suggestions, and improve service delivery to maximize customer satisfaction
Provide accurate and reliable information, advice, and technical consultation on chemical products to customers
Analyze customer needs in depth, propose solutions, and select products suitable for customer work processes
Conduct on-site visits to survey, inspect locations, and analyze customer usage problems to propose improvements or appropriate chemical products
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
About you
Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Sales experience (Sales Executive) of at least 1 year or more; experience selling industrial chemical products, factory industrial products, or water treatment systems will be given special consideration
Good English communication skills for communication, reading product specifications, or coordination
Able to use basic Microsoft Office programs well for report preparation, presentations, and sales document management
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships (CRM)
Enthusiastic, result-oriented toward sales targets, and able to work well under pressure
Careful and attentive with passion for customer service and problem-solving
Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and able to travel for off-site work and customer visits
Leadership qualities, careful attention to detail, honesty, and high sense of responsibility
