Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
In this role, you'll go beyond traditional sales. You'll become a trusted advisor, leveraging your technical expertise to understand customer needs and translate them into innovative composite solutions. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards and propel our clients' projects to new heights.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to both daily operations and long-term business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing quotations in response to customer RFQ’s.
  • Analyzing existing manufacturing processes to develop pricing structures.
  • Partnering closely with engineering, production, and sales team to drive successful outcomes.
  • Supporting new product introductions.
  • Assist in managing technical milestones, timelines, and deliverables for customer programs.
  • Working with procurement department to quote new materials.
  • Staying current on emerging technologies and best practices in composites manufacturing.
What We’re Looking For:
We value practical experience just as much as formal education. Ideal candidates bring:
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a business field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Experience in composites manufacturing or similar advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Working knowledge of GD&T principles.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools, such as Catia V5, NX, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
