- Former Warehouse Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, or similar role with customer interaction responsibilities.

Duties:
- Develop new business opportunities throughout the Pittsburgh and Eastern Ohio territory.
- Identify customer manufacturing challenges and recommend appropriate finishing solutions, equipment, and process improvements.
- Conduct customer visits, facility walk-throughs, equipment demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Establish strong relationships with manufacturing engineers, plant managers, operations managers, production supervisors, and purchasing personnel.
- Generate quotes, proposals, and technical recommendations.
- Manage sales activities through CRM and other technology tools.
