To deepen their commercial penetration within major manufacturing clusters, they are seeking a technically grounded and motivated Sales Engineer to actively hunt for opportunities within assigned key accounts.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Account-Level Hunting: Deeply penetrate assigned corporate accounts and factories to discover new project leads, replacement requirements, and upgrade opportunities.
Technical Consultations: Conduct on-site inspections, coordinate pump demonstrations, and assist maintenance and production engineers with system troubleshooting.
Quotation Management: Manage a high volume of active technical inquiries, prepare competitive commercial quotations, and execute on-site trial/loan pump evaluations.
Cross-Functional Linkage: Collaborate closely with backend technical support and service teams to ensure seamless pump installations and outstanding aftersales delivery.
Competitor Displacement: Track market intelligence within your territory to actively pitch and replace competitor vacuum brands with the company's product line.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of technical sales experience within industrial manufacturing environments. Exposure to pumps, compressors, valves, or pneumatic systems is highly advantageous.
Core Strengths: Energetic "hunter" mentality. Comfortable navigating factory floors, talking to technicians, and handling high-volume quotation pipelines.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for frequent localized travel to client sites.
