Sales Engineer Intern

OneScreen is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Engineer Intern to join
its Projects Team. This full-time, paid, on-site internship provides practical experience in
sales engineering, proposal development, government contracting, technology
research, workflow automation, and international business.
You will support opportunities involving school districts, universities, government
agencies, resellers, and institutional customers across the United States, Canada,
Europe, and other markets. Strong performance may lead to increased responsibilities
and long-term growth within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Computer Science,
• Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good attention to detail, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Interest in technology, sales engineering, automation, or government contracting.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Power BI, or n8n is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, automation tools, or programming concepts will be an advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Research and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, bids, tenders, and sales opportunities.
• Review technical and commercial requirements and maintain bid trackers.
• Assist in preparing proposals, compliance matrices, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Match customer requirements with suitable OneScreen products and solutions.
• Research competing products, pricing, specifications, and market trends.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, pricing, resellers, and project partners.
• Support awarded projects by tracking deadlines, documentation, and action items.
• Build and improve internal workflow automations using n8n and related tools.
• Assist with data organization, reporting, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives.
