The position will be based in Panamá City, Panamá.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Sales Engineer Intern, you will:

• Support the Sales Team with technical and administrative activities throughout the sales process.

• Assist in the preparation of basic engineering deliverables and budget / Order of Magnitude (OoM) estimations.

• Support the development of customer presentations and technical-commercial proposals.

• Organize and maintain product portfolio information and technical documentation.

• Support Sales Engineers in day-to-day activities focused on strategic accounts and business development.

• Assist in document management and organization of sales-related information.

• Participate in customer meetings as a backup resource, supporting technical and commercial discussions.

• Collaborate with initiatives that improve sales productivity and reduce pre-project engineering efforts.

We believe you have

• Bachelor Studies in progress: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or related Engineering fields

• Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Advanced English; Intermediate AutoCAD knowledge; Interest in technical sales, business development, and customer-facing activities; Strong organizational and communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities; Agile and proactive mindset; Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Availability for internship: January 18 to December 13, 2027.

• Graduation expected: December 2027 or afterwards.

• Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program.
