- Drive business development by understanding customer needs and translating them into tailored solution proposals.
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to define effective technical solutions.
- Develop solution architectures and support deployment planning and service design.
- Prepare project estimates, including scope, timelines, costs, and resource planning.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, risk mitigation, and successful customer outcomes.
- Coordinate internal and customer-facing meetings, track project progress, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Build strong customer relationships by managing expectations, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Create Statements of Work (SOWs), oversee external contractors, and support project governance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, share knowledge, and stay up to date with new products and technologies.
- Provide Japanese-English language support for customer meetings, presentations, and company events.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with several years of experience in a technical customer-facing or IT role.
- Solid understanding of mobile, internet, and cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration; scripting skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of databases, including administration; programming experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, including high availability, backup & recovery, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and DNS.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and major cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, technical documentation, and reporting skills.
- Fluent Japanese (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
