Sales Engineer / Manager (Equipment sales / Manufacturing)
Summary
Sales Engineer/Manager drives revenue by selling capital equipment (automation, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing) across Asia, building pipelines, and managing distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities
· Sales Strategy & Execution:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Asia market to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
· Create individual sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
· Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
· Business Development & Growth:
· Proactively identify, target, and secure new customers and accounts.
· Recruit, manage, and develop a network of Sales Representatives, Agents, and Distributors.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
· Customer Relationship Management:
· Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their success.
· Collaborate with the Service Support and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
· Collaboration & Reporting:
· Work closely with global sales, technical, and after-sales teams to align strategies and share customer insights.
· Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the Sales Director.
Requirements
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of proven sales experience, specifically in capital equipment sales (automation, semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or related industries is a plus).
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets with a results-driven mindset.
· Experience using CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
