We're recruiting a Sales Engineer – MEP & Pumps for one
of our clients, a leading organization in the building materials based in Dubai,
UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate pump features, benefits, and applications to end
users, contractors, and consultants in the water treatment and swimming pool
segments - Understand customer requirements, including flow rate, head,
fluid type, temperature, and viscosity, and recommend suitable pump types, such
as centrifugal and positive displacement pumps - Perform pump sizing, head calculations, NPSH analysis, and
pump selection using manufacturer software - Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, quotations, and
bid documents - Troubleshoot pump performance issues, recommend
modifications, and provide technical support during installation and
commissioning - Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users,
contractors, and consultants to identify business opportunities and achieve
sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in pump sales
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in selling pumps to end users,
contractors, and consultants - Strong technical knowledge of pumps, water treatment
systems, and swimming pool applications - Must hold a valid UAE driving license
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship
management skills
