Sales Engineer (MNC Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and service teams to support customer requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and project progress.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Provide technical and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical understanding with good commercial and customer-facing skills.
• Experience selling industrial equipment, machinery, automation, or engineering products is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with customer visits and business development.
