Sales Engineer - North of Spain

At PR electronics, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to cover Northern Spain. We are looking for a technical sales professional with initiative, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with existing customers while creating new business opportunities.

The territory includes Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, and the Basque Country, and you will report directly to the General Manager.
What will you do?
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
- Identify new customers and new business opportunities
- Visit end users, OEMs, system integrators, and engineering companies
- Identify projects at an early stage and convert opportunities into sales
- Develop growth plans for key accounts
- Manage opportunities and sales activities through CRM
- Represent PR electronics at trade fairs, events, and customer visits
- Share market knowledge and business opportunities with the international sales team
What are we looking for?
- Technical education (Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or similar)
- Commercial experience within industrial markets
- Ability to develop new business and build customer relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented
- Good English communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the territory
