Duties:
- Develop new customer accounts and business opportunities for the Process Analytics division
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Respond to customers' technical enquiries and provide appropriate support
- Conduct onsite customer visits and online meetings to understand technical requirements
- Prepare commercial quotations using the company's CRM/SAP system
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects
- Support product demonstrations and customer engagements
- Achieve agreed sales and customer visit targets
- Work closely with the Marketing team to roll out campaigns and generate new opportunities
Requirements
- Min Degree in any Engineering is required
- Interest in analytical instruments, process technology or industrial applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers and delivering technical presentation
