Sales Engineer

Salary: Rp 3.500.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month

About the role

A sales role focused on cutting tools, requiring the ability to develop sales strategies, identify and create customer needs, and expand market opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for cutting tools

• Offer and create customer needs

• Develop new market opportunities

• Support sales activities and build strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Meet sales targets and adapt to changes

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing)

• Minimum 2-5 years experience as Sales Engineer or 3-5 years experience in manufacturing factory

• Understanding of cutting tools preferred

• English language capability valued

• High initiative and ability to work towards targets

• Able to work under pressure

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Possession of 2 or 4-wheeled vehicle and valid driving license (C/A)

• Domiciled in Bandung and surrounding areas for Bandung region placement or Cikarang and surrounding areas for Cikarang region placement
