The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into successful client partnerships while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, references, and market visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- B.E./Diploma in E&I, EEE, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–3 years in Industrial Sales/Service.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
