Summary
Coordinates valve orders from confirmation to delivery, reviews specs, and liaises with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time project completion.
My client is an established valve manufacturer for ACMV.
Job Responsibilities
Manage projects from order confirmation to delivery
Review specifications and technical requirements
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Monitor project schedules to ensure on-time completion
Prepare technical documentation and reports
Support sourcing and supplier negotiations
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
2–3 years’ experience in valves
Good project coordination and technical knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Customer-focused with excellent follow-up and coordination skills
