Sales Excellence Specialist
In this role, you will build and manage strong relationships with partners from a technical, operational, and commercial perspective. You will drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives, renegotiate commercial terms across payment methods for SMB clients, and provide product guidance to help partners grow their business. You will support merchant registration and activation, assist partners and the Sales team with implementing new products, and guide clients through available product features. You will also analyze external factors such as market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, while ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with partners from a technical, operational, and commercial perspective
- Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives and renegotiate commercial terms across all payment methods for SMB clients
- Provide product guidance and recommendations on how partners can grow their business through cooperation with PayU
- Support merchant registration and activation
- Assist partners and the Sales team with the implementation of new products
- Guide clients through the available product features and functionalities
- Analyze external factors that may influence product development, including market monitoring, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Ensure clients receive the highest standard of service
Requirements
- Minimum secondary education
- Experience in a client-facing role involving frequent customer conversations
- Ability to share insights and provide clients with clear, valuable recommendations
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English
- Goal-oriented, with a strong customer and business focus
- Ability to build trust and develop relationships through networking with clients
- Strong organisational skills, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills
