Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Industrial Equipment & Solutions
- Position Title: Sales Executive
- Working Location: West Region
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Transport Allowance + Commission + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow sales within assigned industries and accounts.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling opportunities.
- Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Follow up on customer feedback and provide prompt after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

- Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience; experience in industrial products or engineering solutions is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License and own transport is an advantage.
