What is in it for you:
- Salary: £18,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (£50,000 OTE), plus a fair 3-month earnings guarantee while you settle in.
- Hours: 41.5 hours per week on a 5-day rota. Monday–Friday 08:30–18:00, Saturday 08:30–17:00 (1-hour unpaid daily break; Bank Holidays on rota).

What you will be doing:
- Managing, building, and following up on all new and used sales enquiries in a professional, timely manner.
- Achieving set targets for vehicle sales, finance agreements, and add-on products.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying process to drive retention and repeat business.
- Overseeing pre-delivery inspections and ensuring agreed preparation work is complete prior to handover.
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system and working with management to review monthly performance.
- Requirements: Motor trade or automotive sales experience, a full UK driving licence, target-driven mindset, and strong customer service skills.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Poole, making it an easy commute from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne, and Wareham.
