Sales Executive (ACMV) – Jurong West | Up to S$4,000 + Commission + Bonus

Location: Jurong West

Basic Salary: Up to S$4,000 + Transport Allowance + Commission + Bonus

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Industry: ACMV / M&E / Building Services

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C markets

• Build relationships with facility managers, building owners, contractors and procurement teams

• Conduct customer visits, site surveys and sales presentations

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions

• Prepare quotations, proposals and maintenance contract submissions

• Develop and manage the sales pipeline to achieve business growth

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for maintenance and project services

• Assist with tender preparation, submissions and sales follow-ups

• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding matters

• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Professional Certificate, NITEC, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant technical qualification

• Minimum 4 years of sales or business development experience

• Experience in ACMV, HVAC, M&E, building services, facilities management or construction preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Valid Class 3 driving licence required
