Sales & Market Development

- Hunt down and cultivate new workshops, installers, distributors, and retail partners across your territory—it's all about making connections.

Distributor & Channel Management
- Partner with aftermarket distributors to keep pricing sharp, stock levels healthy, and products flying off shelves.
- Supercharge distributor performance through hands-on training, joint visits, exciting promotions, and dynamic sales campaigns.
- Keep a close eye on distributor sell-in/sell-out metrics, inventory rotation, and credit health.
- Champion Sika's brand positioning and channel policies—you're the guardian of our reputation!
Technical Sales & Customer Support
- Be the go-to technical guru for auto glass shops and body repair centers, offering expert advice and on-site support.
- Wow customers with product demonstrations, engaging training sessions, and real-world trial applications.
- Team up with our Technical Service crew to guarantee spot-on product usage and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the charge on product launches and showcase the latest aftermarket innovations.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, competitor moves, pricing shifts, and what customers are saying.
- Keep the team in the loop with regular sales reports, forecasts, and action plans.
- Pitch smart, practical ideas to boost market coverage and service excellence.
Compliance & Safety
- Embrace Sika's safety standards, HS&E rules, and ethical business practices—doing the right thing, always.
- Keep company and customer information under lock and key—confidentiality is non-negotiable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Automotive Technology, or Business.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in automotive aftermarket, industrial chemicals, or technical B2B sales.
- Experience working with distributors and workshops is highly preferred.
- Understanding of polyurethane (PU) adhesives, sealants, primers, and cleaners.
- Knowledge of Auto Glass Replacement (AGR) or Car Body Repair (CBR) processes.
- Strong sales drive (“hunter” mindset) with structured account management skills.
- Ability to sell technical solutions, not only products.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in the field and with cross‑functional teams.
- Basic English communication skills (reading datasheets, training material).
