What is in it for you:

• Salary: £15,600 basic salary | Realistic OTE up to £50,000+
• Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday (with a day off during the week) | Sundays on a rota basis

What you will be doing:

• Vehicle Sales: Managing the full sales process for new and used vehicles while delivering a high-quality, non-pushy customer experience.
• Finance & Products: Presenting finance packages, service plans, and additional products tailored directly to customer needs.
• Lead Management: Maximizing sales opportunities by efficiently handling incoming telephone, walk-in, and web leads.
• Service Excellence: Maintaining our reputation for excellence by consistently achieving top-tier customer satisfaction scores.

Commutable Locations: This role is based in Aldershot, making it an easy commute from Guildford, Farnborough, Fleet, and Camberley.
