Sales Executive
We are a leading label printing company specializing in high-quality self-adhesive labels, packaging labels, barcode labels, product labels, and customized printing solutions for various industries. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote and sell label printing solutions, including product labels, packaging labels, barcode labels, and specialty labels.
- Understand customers' requirements and provide suitable printing solutions and quotations.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, samples, and orders to secure sales opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with production, customer service, and quality departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Printing Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in label printing, packaging, printing, or related industries.
- Candidates with no experience but a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess a valid driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of label printing processes, materials, adhesives, and packaging applications.
- Existing customer network in manufacturing, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, logistics, cosmetics, or retail sectors.
