Locations: Lagos | Abuja | Port Harcourt
Employment Type: Full-time
Earnings: Up to ₦1,000,000/month, including commissions
About the Role
ASA SECURITY is seeking experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Executives to drive business growth across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
The ideal candidates should have proven experience selling physical security solutions to businesses, with strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and sales conversion.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell physical security solutions and services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
- Prepare regular sales reports and identify opportunities for upselling and additional business.
- Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3–7 years’ B2B sales experience, preferably in the physical security industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Lagos, Abuja, or Port Harcourt.
- Experience in selling any of the following is an advantage:
- Guarding services
- CCTV and surveillance solutions
- Access control systems
- Electronic security solutions
- Other physical security services
