Description
- Develop new customer base within Thailand, covering both importers and exporters.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, offering value added services where appropriate.
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential customers to present the companys services.
- Respond to customer needs, negotiate prices and terms to close sales and achieve targeted profit margins.
- Co-ordinate with overseas agents and relevant internal departments to ensure seamless import/export services for customers throughout the process.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the department head and management for analysis and sales performance improvement.
