Sales Executive – Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Manage assigned retailers and territories, including regular route visits and relationship building.
• Provide retailers with product information, incentive structure, promotions, and operational support.
• Monitor sim card stock, recommend replenishment, and ensure proper POSM deployment and maintenance.
• Handle retailer enquiries and issues, escalating matters to Management when required.
• Provide market, competitor, and retailer feedback to Management.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Class 3 driving licence with own vehicle.
• Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent.
• Field sales, telecommunication, retail experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned territory.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
