Sales Executive (Building Materials / Warm Leads)

• Position : Sales Executive (Building Materials / Warm Leads)
• Location : Boon Lay Way (Nearest MRT: Jurong East)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic salary up to $3,500 per month + attractive commission, with estimated gross monthly earnings of $4,500 or more depending on sales performance + AWS + variable bonus + annual leave + medical benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Manufacturing / Construction / Building Materials

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow up on warm leads and promote the company’s construction and building-material products to existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and assigned accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams on orders, inventory, deliveries and customer requirements.
• Monitor order status and support timely order fulfilment.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits when required; company transport will be provided.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and claims professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and provide other sales support when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
• Candidates with sales, customer service or electronics industry experience will be an advantage
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence, as company transport will be provided for customer visits.
