Job Summary

Raptor Kidz is looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive the adoption of its Kindergarten curriculum program for the academic year 2027. The role focuses on selling Raptor Kidz printed books and digital learning solutions to preschools, play schools, and kindergarten institutions.

The candidate will be responsible for school acquisition, product presentations, curriculum adoption closures, and relationship management with school management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach preschools, play schools, and kindergarten institutions in the assigned territory.

Present and promote Raptor Kidz Kindergarten Curriculum (Books + Digital Content).

Conduct product demonstrations and curriculum presentations for school management and teachers.

Convert leads into annual curriculum adoption for the 2027 academic year.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with school owners, principals, and coordinators.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain a database of potential schools and track sales pipeline.

Provide market insights and competitor feedback.

Candidate Profile

Education

Any Graduate (MBA preferred)

Experience

15 years experience in Educational Publishing / School Sales / EdTech / Institutional Sales

Skills Required

Strong communication and presentation skills

Institutional sales experience preferred

Ability to conduct product demonstrations

Target-driven and self-motivated

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
