Job Summary
As a Sales Executive reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new markets, and enhancing product marketability in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve sales targets
- Identify and evaluate new target markets to expand the product range
- Analyze market conditions, competitor share, strengths, and weaknesses to inform sales approaches
- Monitor client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics effectively
- Forecast business projections and work towards achieving targeted market share
- Participate in marketing activities to promote new products and attract new customers
- Research and capitalize on market opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability
- Coordinate improvements in product packaging and support new product development initiatives
- Communicate the unique benefits of customized sterilization setups to new and existing customers
- Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports to track performance and inform management decisions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Biomedical or Life Science is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and internal teams
- Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in delivering effective presentations
