Sales Executive (Domestic Appliances)

• Achieve personal and team sales targets across assigned channels and dealers.

• Formulate, develop, and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Plan and support channel sales activities and events including but not limited to in-store promotions, brand fairs, roadshows, in-house sales activities and etc.

• Evaluate performance and effectiveness of sales campaigns.

• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Manage and support B2B sales projects and tenders.

• Manage stock allocation for channels and dealers.

• Forecast incoming stock requirements based on sales trends and plans.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure healthy stock levels.

• Manage promoters in alignment with company direction, focus models, promotions, and deals.

• Cover and manage responsibilities of other Account Managers during their absence.

• Liaison with various departments and stakeholders to resolve sales, operational, or logistics issues.

• Preparation of documentations including but not limited to Credit Notes (CN) for support and promotions, trading term rebates, Agent delivery coordination, Logistics-related matters, Sales planning and etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or similar discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or channel sales.

• Experience in consumer electronics.

• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management.

• Meticulous, Pro-active and sales-oriented.

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
