Sales Executive (Education and Training Programs)

Candidate will be handling purchases, customer inquires and the promotion of the company services such as, training programs and professional certifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare action plans and timelines to identify specific targets and to project the number of sales to be made.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and contracts.
  • Establishing and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Following up on payment collection, new leads and referrals.
  • Coordinating shipping of training materials.
  • Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Keeping updated information on products
  • Professional Experience minimum 2 years.
  • English and Arabic language proficiency
  • Bachelor in Business / Hospitality or any relevant field.
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Computer literacy
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills
  • Detail Oriented
