Sales Executive – Field Sales

Main Job Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years UAE sales experience in the fit-out and signage industry.
• Strong knowledge of signboards, signage, kiosks, exhibition stands, displays, and branding solutions.
• Existing UAE customer/client network highly preferred.
• Proven track record in business development and target achievement.
• Strong UAE market knowledge.
• Experience in field sales and client visits.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• English fluency required.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with design, production, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through client visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and corporate clients.
• Promote fit-out, signage, exhibition, branding, and display solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams.
• Track project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain sales pipelines, reports, and customer records.
• Identify opportunities across retail, hospitality, F&B, corporate, exhibition, and construction sectors.
