Sales Executive (IT)

Salary: $2,800 – $4,000 per month

🟦Working Location: Ang Mo Kio (AMK)
🟦Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
🟦Salary: $2,800 – $3,200 + Sales Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, direct mailing, referrals and other sales activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

• Conduct client meetings to maintain customer satisfaction and identify upselling and renewal opportunities.

• Coordinate with partners, vendors and distributors to explore new business opportunities.

• Prepare sales quotations, renewal proposals, tender documents and other sales-related documentation.

• Liaise with Sales Managers, presales and technical teams on pricing, product availability and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate sales records, quotation archives and pipeline reports.

• Follow up on prospects and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field. Relevant experience will also be considered.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support, sales administration, sales coordination or customer service preferred.

• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive business development activities.

• Experience with AutoCount is an advantage.

• Experience in IT, networking, cybersecurity or system integration is an added advantage.
