• Salary: up to $4,000 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

• Customer coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and assist in issue management.
• Relationship building: Maintain and develop relationships with partners and customers.
• Sales support: Participate in sales process optimization and contribute to product promotion strategies.
• Consultative services: Support customer onboarding and advise on suitable construction methodologies.
• Training & presentations: Provide product training and present new technologies at seminars or conferences.
• Lead generation: Attend industry events, connect with engineering companies, generate leads, and follow up.
• Business development: Assist in acquiring new opportunities and reporting industry trends
• Presentation for clients and consultants by explaining the quality of their products.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirement

• Ideal for candidates who have at least 1 year in Similar industries.
• A background in Civil Engineering would be ideal and is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin to effectively communicate and collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to communicate in Malay will be a plus for communicating with Malay-speaking stakeholders and clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; adaptable to multicultural environments.
• Enthusiastic learner with flexibility to take on new challenges.
• Problem-solving mindset with good time management.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
