Duties
- Serve walk-in customers and closing of sales
- Handling simple administrative works (Arranging Delivery, end of day settlement)
- Handle phone and online queries
- Attend to customer orders and enquiries including after-sales service (handling complains)
- Perform simple housekeeping duties to maintain the store’s image
