About the Role
CIML Outsourcing is recruiting for a financial services and lending company seeking a Sales Executive to acquire new customers, promote loan products, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new borrowers through field marketing, referrals, cold calls, and partnerships.
- Promote personal loans, SME loans, asset finance, and other lending products.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into loan applications.
- Guide customers on required documentation and ensure submissions are complete.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Build client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet loan sourcing, conversion, disbursement, and portfolio growth targets.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or lending.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct field sales and meet targets.
- Customer-focused and results-driven.
