Sales Executive

Logix Incorporation is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are confident, energetic, and target-oriented, capable of effectively managing customer interactions and driving sales growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and converting those leads into successful sales. Your ability to maintain professionalism and high-quality communication will be crucial in achieving our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and addressing customer queries with accurate information. You will also be responsible for following up with interested customers, converting leads into sales opportunities, and building positive relationships with clients. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets will be a significant part of your role, along with maintaining productivity and quality standards during calls. In addition to sales responsibilities, you will be required to maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions, and share regular updates with management. Coordination with team leaders regarding sales updates and maintaining attendance and productivity discipline will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills, good customer handling abilities, and a positive, target-oriented attitude. You should be able to work under pressure and have basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Excel. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential, and prior sales or calling experience will be an added advantage. This is a full-time, work-from-home position, and candidates must have a reliable laptop or desktop, stable Wi-Fi connection, and power backup.
