Job Summary
Join Debia as a Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition, build client relationships, and collaborate with operations and compliance teams to implement innovative payment solutions, contributing to our growth across ASEAN markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new merchant and corporate client accounts to drive business acquisition
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a positive onboarding experience
- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to implement payment solutions smoothly and efficiently
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to support Debia’s growth and market expansion
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine and sharpen sales strategies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and close deals
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster long-term client partnerships
