Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales and technical sales, particularly in the electrical and manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including panel builders and OEMs, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct field sales activities to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. - Promote and sell our range of products, including switchgear, cables, junction boxes, and CAS systems. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met and provide product demonstrations as needed. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in technical sales. - Strong knowledge of electrical products, including switchgear and cables. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Proficiency in lead generation and customer relationship management.
