SALES EXECUTIVE (Outdoor cum Indoor)
1) Prospect And Develop New Customer (In Property Management Integrated Building Maintenance Line) – Cleaning Services (main), Pest Control, Landscape services etc..
2) Make cold calls and actively source new sales opportunities through field prospecting and external outreach.
3) Manage And Develop New accounts,ensuring growth and retention
4) Handle customer enquiries and provide sales quotations
5) Sales follow up to achieve sales target
6) Ensure customer satisfaction & good client relationships
7) Prepare necessary paperwork including proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Requirements
• Computer literate
Additional Info
Working days : 5 days (8.15am – 6pm) Mon- Fri
Basic salary +Commission + HP Allowance + Transport Reimbursement or Allowance
