Sales Executive

Our client is looking for Sales executive.

Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team to lead the export sales and trading of timber products. This role offers a unique opportunity to explore new markets while managing existing customer and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new markets and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare sales contracts and purchase orders while ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.
• Monitor export sales transactions and follow up on customer orders and payments.
• Identify issues and propose solutions for process improvements.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
• Execute sales strategies and business plans as directed.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to leverage business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports to sales management.
• Occasional overseas business travel may be necessary, including participation in client entertainment and networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales within the timber industry, with knowledge of commodity sales preferred.
• Proven sales experience with medium and large corporate clients.
• Exceptional organization skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and negotiation capabilities.
• Flexibility to attend evening and weekend events when necessary.
• Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
• Knowledge of international shipping and understanding of Incoterms is advantageous.
