Job Responsibilities

· Business Development: Identify and pursue new account opportunities by researching potential clients, generating leads, and pitching products/services to secure new business.

· Account Management: Manage existing client accounts by maintaining regular communication, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive retention.

· Sales Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals.

· Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts by documenting account activities, tracking performance, and providing projections to management.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including marketing, operations, and customer support—to deliver on account needs and optimize service delivery.

· Negotiation & Closing: Discuss pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients to finalize sales transactions successfully.

· Lead Management: Prepare accurate quotations and maintain close follow-up on all leads to maximize conversion rates.

· Collections Management: Actively manage and monitor collections from clients to ensure timely payments.

Job Requirement

Prefer someone who owns a personal vehicle to meet clients.
