Sales Executive (Russian Speaker)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all students, parents, and visitors at the front desk.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students and their families to enhance engagement and retention.
- Convert enquiries into enrollments through effective consultations and a customer-focused sales approach.
- Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities across courses, programs, and additional services.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students and encourage renewals and continued enrolment from existing students.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service while achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to support business growth.
- Conduct sales consultations and present the company's programs and services in a professional and engaging manner.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, enrolment documentation, and sales agreements accurately and promptly.
- Negotiate with prospective clients and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with leads and clients throughout the sales journey to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Accurately update and maintain customer information, interactions, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, pipeline, and performance reports to management.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Russian speaker.
- Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Freshers in Dubai are welcome to apply, or candidates with at least two years of direct sales experience.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Presentable, with excellent front desk and customer service abilities.
- Confident and professional communicator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and CRM systems.
- Proactive, flexible, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Willing to work weekdays and weekends on rotating shifts (9:00 AM–6:00 PM and 12:00 PM–9:00 PM) in line with the JLT branch operational schedule.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in a language center is preferred; teaching experience is considered an advantage.
