Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the agency channel, focusing on various products including insurance, loans, and banking services. This role requires a proactive approach to field sales and marketing, engaging with potential clients and building strong relationships to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the agency channel. - Conduct field sales activities to promote our products, including insurance and loans. - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. - Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics to management. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Required Skills: - Proven experience in agency sales or field sales, preferably in the banking or insurance sectors. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Familiarity with the BFSI sector and its products is a plus.
