Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with existing customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Process and issue daily sales orders accurately based on customer requirements.
Coordinate daily stock availability and monitor inventory to support timely order fulfilment.
Prepare and submit quotations for both existing and prospective customers.
Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms and follow up on overdue balances.
Review sales performance regularly and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, product demonstrations, and other promotional events

Requirements:

Proven sales and business development skills, including the ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture client relationships
Knowledge of the foodservice or distribution industry is highly desirable
Organizational and time-management abilities for managing multiple accounts
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in managing customer accounts and achieving sales targets is an advantage
